A 13 km al sureste de Nérac, la ciudad bastide de Francescas le invita a pasear por sus calles medievales y descubrir su museo de latas antiguas. Situado en la plaza principal, este original museo se encuentra en una casa que conserva sus fachadas originales de 1579. En su interior, renovado en el siglo XX, descubrirá decenas de piezas procedentes de los cinco continentes.
Como escaparate de esta importante colección, unas estanterías de cristal en forma de pirámide permiten descubrir cada caja al tiempo que las protegen. Antaño artículos de lujo, hoy son soportes publicitarios, y algunos de ellos son muy antiguos. Son testimonio de la vida cotidiana, al tiempo que invitan a dar la vuelta al mundo.
