El Moulin d'Arrivay, propiedad del municipio de Fossé desde enero de 2001, está situado a orillas del Cisse, en el fondo de la aldea de Val de Cisse, dentro del patio cerrado de la magnífica granja de Beauceron. Este molino de agua del siglo XIX fue restaurado a su estado original en 2004. Producía harina para el pan y estuvo en funcionamiento hasta 1954, cuando se utilizó para hacer polvo de molienda (cereales aplastados para los animales). Estos 3 pisos están ocupados. En la primera planta, un pequeño museo explica la actividad de un molino y presenta pequeños equipos agrícolas. En la 2ª planta, el sindicato de apicultores de Loir et Cher ha instalado un museo de apicultura y en la 3ª planta tenemos varias exposiciones. Esta granja también tiene un horno de pan que manejamos.
