Il Moulin d'Arrivay, di proprietà del comune di Fossé dal gennaio 2001, è situato a cavallo della Cisse, in fondo alla frazione di Val de Cisse, all'interno del cortile chiuso della magnifica fattoria Beauceron. Questo mulino ad acqua del XIX secolo, restaurato nel 2004, produceva farina per il pane ed è stato in funzione fino al 1954, quando è stato utilizzato per produrre polvere da macina (cereali appiattiti per gli animali). Questi 3 piani sono occupati. Al primo piano, un piccolo museo illustra l'attività di un mulino e presenta piccole attrezzature agricole. Al secondo piano, il sindacato degli apicoltori del Loir et Cher ha allestito un museo dell'apicoltura e al terzo piano sono state allestite diverse mostre. Questa fattoria ha anche un forno per il pane che noi gestiamo.
