De Moulin d'Arrivay, sinds januari 2001 eigendom van de gemeente Fossé, ligt aan de Cisse, onderaan het gehucht Val de Cisse, binnen de gesloten binnenplaats van de prachtige boerderij van Beauceron. Deze watermolen uit de 19e eeuw werd in 2004 in zijn oorspronkelijke staat hersteld. Hij produceerde broodmeel en was in bedrijf tot 1954, toen hij werd gebruikt om maalpoeder te maken (geplet graan voor dieren). Deze 3 verdiepingen zijn bezet. Op de eerste verdieping wordt in een klein museum de activiteit van een molen uitgelegd en worden kleine landbouwwerktuigen gepresenteerd. Op de 2e verdieping heeft de bijenhoudersbond Loir et Cher een bijenteeltmuseum ingericht en op de 3e verdieping hebben we verschillende tentoonstellingen. Deze boerderij heeft ook een broodoven die wij bedienen.
