Die Moulin d'Arrivay, die seit Januar 2001 Eigentum der Gemeinde Fossé ist, liegt am Fluss Cisse, unterhalb des Weilers Val de Cisse, im geschlossenen Hof des wunderschönen Beauceron-Bauernhofs. Diese Wassermühle aus dem 19. Jahrhundert wurde 2004 originalgetreu restauriert. Sie stellte Mehl für Brot her und war bis 1954 in Betrieb, als sie zur Herstellung von Moutures (flachgedrücktes Getreide für Tiere) genutzt wurde. Diese drei Stockwerke sind bewohnt. Im 1. Stock befindet sich ein kleines Museum, das die Tätigkeit einer Mühle verständlich macht und kleine landwirtschaftliche Geräte ausstellt. Im 2. Stock hat der Verband der Bienenzüchter des Loir et Cher hier ein Bienenmuseum eingerichtet und im 3. Stock empfangen wir verschiedene Ausstellungen. Dieser Bauernhof verfügt auch über einen
