Un paseo a lo largo del Lot, en un entorno magnífico, que le llevará desde el puerto de Bouziès hasta el pie de St Cirq Lapopie (o viceversa). Desde el camino de sirga, las "gabarras" (embarcaciones de fondo plano) eran tiradas en convoy por hombres o animales de tiro.
A la altura de la esclusa de Ganil, el acantilado cae en picado hacia el río, lo que obligó a los hombres a excavar los acantilados de piedra caliza con sus propios brazos durante casi 1 km en 1845.
Está decorada con un bajorrelieve de 30 metros de largo, esculpido en 1985 por el artista tolosano Daniel MONNIER. Evoca su representación del río y su entorno: fauna, flora, rocas, fósiles y remolinos.
