La Villa Pasques es el lugar donde los plenipotenciarios alemanes se pusieron en contacto con los Aliados para negociar el armisticio de 1918. Desde 1992, la Villa Pasques es la sede de la Communauté de communes de la Thiérache du Centre. En 2008, la planta baja se convirtió en un centro de interpretación del alto el fuego del 7 de noviembre de 1918. También recorre las etapas de la reconciliación franco-alemana.
