En el territorio del municipio, en el lugar llamado "chemin de Corbeil", se han encontrado objetos merovingios, entre ellos un enterramiento con huesos. En la Edad Media, el feudo estaba bajo el control de Rosnay, y de este pasado quedan algunos vestigios del montículo feudal. Su iglesia, dedicada a San Léger, data del siglo XVI y se puede ver - fragmentos de vidrieras también del siglo XVI - estatuas de los siglos XIV-XVI y XVIII.
