El molino, situado en el corazón del pueblo, a orillas del río Landion, se abastece de agua gracias a un estanque que le sirve de torrente, alimentado a su vez por el río y la fuente de Saint Georges. Fue construido en 1815 y funcionó hasta 1957. El molino consta de dos partes: una parte producía aceites (colza, nueces y ricino) utilizando 2 muelas cruzadas; la otra producía harina (trigo, cebada, avena y centeno) utilizando 2 muelas colocadas una encima de la otra. El molino forma parte del rico patrimonio de Etourvy, ahora promovido por la asociación "Patrimoine Saint Georges".
Abierto con cita previa (todo el año, mínimo 10 personas), no se puede utilizar para hacer harina ni aceite. Póngase en contacto con Domaine Saint Georges.
