En Sauvelade, pequeña localidad bearnesa en la ruta compostelana de Le Puy, El café se encuentra próximo a la abadía cisterciense.
En una construcción tradicional bearnesa convertida en albergue de peregrinos, Jef y Lili han abierto un pequeño bistrot. Cocina casera con los sabores de la tierra: revuelto de setas de temporada, productos de la huerta, tapas de embutidos y queso del país, ensaladas... Para los peregrinos que se apresuran a retomar el camino, proponen una fórmula rápida, un tentempié para tomar en el café o para llevar. Todos los productos son ecológicos, artesanales, locales o de comercio justo, y los zumos de frutas están elaborados con frutas del huerto.
