Dordoña, Périgord Verde, Brantôme (la “Venecia del Périgord” según Raymond Poincaré), tres nombres que no pueden dejar indiferentes a los gastrónomos. Para esta razón y para diversificar las actividades de la granja, heredada de nuestros padres, hemos decidido en 1988 de meternos a la alimentación forzada de los patos y a la fabricación de conservas granjeras. Nos inspiramos directamente de los métodos de los “ancianos” y respetándolos rigorosamente (especialmente la alimentación forzada con el maíz), siempre nos esforzamos por ofrecer a nuestros clientes la mejor relación calidad-precio. A 2 minutos de Brantôme. Especialidades: foie-gras, muslos de pato rellenos, magret con mermelada de cebolla. Terraza. Tienda de productos de la granja.
