Gérard y Françoise Demilly, viticultores propietarios, han instalado su bodega en la propiedad familiar, que se encuentra en Bligny desde 1624, en el emplazamiento de la antigua cristalería y del castillo fortificado.
Con su hijo Vincent, enólogo, vinifican y comercializan toda su producción.
La elección de las variedades de uva, los métodos de cultivo de las viñas y de prensado de las uvas, las técnicas de vinificación y de ensamblaje están concebidos para garantizar la calidad y preservar los aromas naturales de sus vinos base.
