Un oppidum es un poblado galo fortificado, generalmente en terreno elevado. Las excavaciones han revelado restos de un largo periodo de ocupación:
- Un templo (fanum) de tradición celta pero de construcción romana.
- Un edificio interpretado recientemente como un templo más macizo que el fanum.
- Tres murallas (incluidas dos enterradas) que representan 1.500 años de historia de las antiguas fortificaciones.
La asociación SLRU d'OC le invita a visitar el "Jardín Arqueológico": situado en 600 metros cuadrados de terreno ajardinado y plantado de flores, un paseo le proporcionará información sobre la historia del yacimiento y los vestigios, así como información más "natural", antes de realizar una visita guiada si lo desea.
