Estas son las bazas de este establecimiento veraniego, siempre lleno, dirigido por los dos hermanos gemelos Fauthoux, que han creado un restaurante agradable y acogedor con un auténtico ambiente de vacaciones.
Los amantes de la cocina a la plancha -al aire libre y "delante de ti"- no quedarán decepcionados, ya que siempre ha sido su firma. Cuando el tiempo lo permite, con un ojo en el océano y otro en el plato, le espera un excelente momento de convivencia, en torno a platos sencillos y acertados que cantan al País Vasco.
