La iglesia románica de Pierrefiche se menciona en documentos que datan de 1249. El nombre de Pierrefiche procede del menhir que se alza no lejos del pueblo. Se encuentra en la carretera D60 entre Pierrefiche y Le Cellier.
En la Edad Media, la iglesia de Saint-Privat perteneció a los Hospitalarios de San Juan de Jerusalén, los Caballeros de Malta. Capiteles historiados esculpidos con figuras y motivos geométricos realzan el portal de entrada en arco de medio punto. En 1890, la iglesia recibió un campanario cuadrado con aguja.
