La chiesa romanica di Pierrefiche è citata in documenti del 1249. Il nome Pierrefiche deriva dal Menhir che si trova non lontano dal villaggio. Si trova sulla strada D60 tra Pierrefiche e Le Cellier.
Nel Medioevo, la chiesa di Saint-Privat apparteneva agli Ospitalieri di San Giovanni di Gerusalemme, i Cavalieri di Malta. Capitelli storici scolpiti con figure e motivi geometrici arricchiscono il portale d'ingresso ad arco semicircolare. Nel 1890 la chiesa fu dotata di un campanile quadrato con guglia.
