Inaugurada en 2009, la mediateca es un edificio situado a la entrada de la ciudad, resueltamente volcado hacia la aglomeración.
La mediateca, un inmenso edificio de cristal, cuenta con más de 2.500 m2 de espacio y cerca de 80.000 documentos. Es un lugar cultural único, híbrido, de acceso totalmente gratuito y abierto a todos.
La consulta in situ de los documentos es gratuita.
El préstamo de documentos a domicilio requiere un registro anual.
Se ofrece un variado programa cultural.
Acceso gratuito para menores de 14 años residentes en la zona del Gran Longwy.
Se admiten grupos con cita previa los martes y jueves por la mañana.
