Situado cerca de la estación de tren de Hendaya y de la frontera, el Café-restaurante Le Santiago está abierto a todos, tanto a los huéspedes del hotel como a los clientes locales, lo que permite a nuestros huéspedes visitantes formar parte de la vida popular local.
Todas las noches, excepto los domingos, nuestro chef Damián Camilleri le ofrecerá platos sabrosos y generosos, así como pintxos, esos deliciosos aperitivos tan comunes en el cercano territorio ibérico, que pueden incluso dar forma a una comida. Podrá degustar vinos y cervezas del país (vascos y del sur), cuyo sabor es tan pronunciado como fino. El menú se actualiza cada mes en función de los productos de temporada.
