El Centro de Arte Contemporáneo Fotográfico se implanta en 2013 en la Villa Pérochon, casa familiar del escritor Ernest Pérochon, 1er Premio Goncourt des Deux-Sèvres. Es uno de los 6 centros de arte fotográfico franceses designados por el Ministerio de Cultura en 2011 y el único en el Gran Oeste, de Burdeos a Nantes y de La Rochelle a Limoges. Su dirección artística está confiada a "Por el Instante", organizadora de los Encuentros de la joven fotografía internacional, piedra angular del programa anual de la asociación reconocida de interés general en 2007. El CACP está compuesto por un jardín, una galería de 120 m2 que ofrece 100 m. lineales de enganche (lugar permanente de creación y exposición) y una residencia de artistas.
