Este encantador edificio, que data de los siglos XII y XVI, fue muy reformado en el siglo XIX. Tiene planta de cruz latina, con una sola nave, un ábside de tres lados y un esbelto campanario en el crucero.
La iglesia conserva varias esculturas del siglo XVI, pero son sobre todo sus vidrieras de la misma época las que fueron declaradas Monumento Histórico en 1913, en particular una vidriera que representa la Leyenda de Santa Margarita, de 1545.
Tras permanecer en posesión de los habitantes de la aldea durante varios siglos, la iglesia pasó a ser propiedad del municipio de St Germain a principios del siglo XX.
Desgraciadamente, en la actualidad se encuentra en un avanzado estado de deterioro y ya no está abierta al público.
