La Oficina de Turismo se encuentra a la entrada de la rue du Pavillon, junto a la Caisse d'Epargne. Ciudad militar con fortificaciones en forma de estrella que datan del siglo XVI. Vauban, Comisario de Fortificaciones, visitó Rocroy tres veces, en 1673, 1691 y 1696. Única en Francia, Rocroy fue escenario de una gran batalla, la primera victoria bajo el reinado del Rey Sol. 2 restaurantes, 2 bares, comercios de todo tipo, 2 supermercados, 1 hotel, casas rurales y casas de huéspedes, un aparcamiento para caravanas a la entrada de la ciudad, un centro acuático, un parque infantil, un sendero deportivo en las fortificaciones... La ciudad ha recibido las etiquetas "Village étape" y "Petite cité de caractère".
