Si el nombre oficial de Immerhof procede de la granja vecina, su apodo de Tiburce proviene del santo del mismo nombre, referencia otorgada por sus ocupantes en 1940. La misión principal de esta P.O. (pequeña obra) era proteger la línea ferroviaria que unía Thionville y Luxemburgo. Al menor peligro aparente, la torreta se puso a disparar sobre la amenaza. En sus 250 metros de galería, hay verdaderos espacios habitables en dos plantas, todavía en perfecto estado de conservación.
