Chez Cabeillou es ante todo un asunto familiar Rémi y Hugo, la 5ª generación, acompañados por su madre Nathalie, han tomado el relevo de esta institución orosana. Ofrecen una cocina tradicional de la abuela, elaborada con productos frescos de la región de Béarn. Platos sencillos pero generosos que combinan el saber hacer y los ingredientes de calidad: pechuga de pollo y pato de corral, buey bourguignon, cordero de los Pirineos... Es una cocina sin aspavientos que huele bien a la tierra y a los olores de nuestra juventud, una muy buena relación calidad/precio que se adapta a los gourmets en busca de sencillez y autenticidad.
