Chez Cabeillou is above all a family story! Rémi and Hugo, 5th generation, accompanied by their mother Nathalie, have taken over the torch of this Orthézienne institution. They offer traditional grandma's cooking, made with fresh products from the Béarn region. Simple but generous dishes combining know-how and quality ingredients: free-range chicken and duck breast, beef bourguignon, Pyrenean lamb... It is a cuisine without fuss that smells good the land and the smells of our youth, a very good value for money that suits the gourmets in search of simplicity and authenticity.
