Chez Cabeillou ist vor allem eine Familiengeschichte! Rémi und Hugo, die fünfte Generation, haben zusammen mit Nathalie, ihrer Mutter, die Leitung dieser Institution in Orthézienne übernommen. Sie bieten eine traditionelle Küche nach Großmutters Art an, die mit frischen Produkten aus der Region Béarn zubereitet wird. Die einfachen, aber großzügigen Gerichte vereinen Fachwissen und die Qualität der Zutaten: Hühner und Entenbrust aus Freilandhaltung, Boeuf Bourguignon, Lamm aus den Pyrenäen... Es ist eine Küche ohne viel Schnickschnack, die gut nach der Region und den Gerüchen unserer Jugend riecht. Ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, das Feinschmeckern auf der Suche nach Einfachheit und Authentizität entgegenkommt.
