Chez Cabeillou, c’est avant tout une histoire de famille ! Rémi et Hugo, 5ème génération, accompagnés de Nathalie leur maman, ont repris le flambeau de cette institution orthézienne. Ils proposent une cuisine traditionnelle de grand-mère, élaborée à base de produits frais issus du terroir béarnais. Des plats simples mais généreux alliant le savoir-faire et la qualité des ingrédients : poulets et magrets fermiers, bœuf bourguignon, agneau des Pyrénées... C'est une cuisine sans chichis qui sent bon le terroir et les odeurs de notre jeunesse, un très bon rapport qualité / prix qui convient aux gourmets en quête de simplicité et d'authenticité.
