Chez Cabeillou is vooral een familieaangelegenheid! Rémi en Hugo, de 5e generatie, hebben samen met hun moeder Nathalie de fakkel van deze Orthézische instelling overgenomen. Zij bieden een traditionele grootmoederlijke keuken, bereid met verse producten uit de streek van Béarn. Eenvoudige maar gulle gerechten die knowhow en kwaliteitsingrediënten combineren: kip- en eendenborst met vrije uitloop, bourguignon van rundvlees, lam uit de Pyreneeën... Het is een keuken zonder poespas die goed ruikt naar het land en de geuren van onze jeugd, een zeer goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding die past bij fijnproevers die op zoek zijn naar eenvoud en authenticiteit.
