Holving es una comunidad repartida en seis aldeas: Holving, Ballering, Bettring, Dieferfing, Hinsing e Hirbach.
El Mutterbach (un afluente del Albe) atraviesa el municipio.
El estanque de Hirbach (52 ha) forma parte de la Línea Maginot acuática, creada en 1939 para completar el hueco dejado en la Línea Maginot por la negativa en referéndum del Sarre a convertirse en francés.

- El puente de la presa de la Línea Maginot.
