Bienvenido a Chez Clem, un salón de té/vinoteca/bar de comidas y brunch (domingos únicamente, previo acuerdo) en el centro de Pau. Es el sueño de una joven de Pau, Clémentine, que ha vuelto a sus raíces y lo ha hecho realidad.
Disfrute de los productos locales y de temporada en la terraza o en el interior, a 2 minutos a pie del Boulevard des Pyrénées. En la carta: tablas de aperitivos de charcutería de Lahouratate o quesos de Laiterie Paloise o mixtos. Todas las verduras son ecológicas, suministradas por La Ferme d'à côté. Las cervezas locales harán las delicias de su paladar, elaboradas por La Brasserie béarnaise y el grupo de viticultores independientes, Java, le dará a conocer los vinos del suroeste. Toda la repostería está hecha en casa con mucho cariño, acompañada del té Le Jardin Mademoiselle, ¡exclusivo de los Pirineos Atlánticos!
