El Fonds régional d'art contemporain Grand Large - Hauts-de-France (Frac Grand Large - Hauts-de-France) es una colección pública regional de arte contemporáneo .
Fue fundado en 1982 con el nombre de Fonds régional d'art contemporain du Nord-Pas-de-Calais y adoptó su nombre actual en 2017 tras la fusión de Picardía y Nord-Pas-de-Calais el 1 de enero de 2016.
Inicialmente instalado en la plaza Morisson de Lille, el fondo regional se trasladó al antiguo hospital de la avenida Rosendaël en Dunkerque en septiembre de 19963. En noviembre de 2013, el FRAC se trasladó a un nuevo edificio en el barrio Grand-Large (Dunkerque-Centre).
El FRAC alberga obras de arte y diseño desde los años 60 hasta la actualidad. La colección está formada por más de 1.800 obras , agrupadas en torno a un núcleo inicial dedicado al Arte Povera, el Arte Minimal, el Arte Conceptual, las mitologías individuales, el Pop Art y el Fluxus, con un Sección especial dedicada al diseño que da testimonio del crisol internacional de sus fuentes.
