El Hospital Universitario de Tipperary es un hospital público ubicado en Clonmel, Condado de Tipperary, Irlanda. Está gestionado por el Grupo Hospitalario South/Southwest.
El hospital tiene sus orígenes en la Casa de Trabajo y Enfermería de Clonmel, que fue diseñada por George Wilkinson y se inauguró en octubre de 1853. Las Hermanas de la Misericordia gestionaron las operaciones clínicas de la enfermería desde 1883. La enfermería evolucionó para convertirse en el Hospital de San José, Clonmel y, tras una importante expansión, reabrió como el Hospital Médico y de Maternidad del Condado de Clonmel en 1950.
