Das Tipperary University Hospital ist ein öffentliches Krankenhaus in Clonmel, County Tipperary, Irland. Es wird von der South/Southwest Hospital Group geleitet.
Das Krankenhaus hat seine Ursprünge im Clonmel Union Workhouse und der Infirmary, die von George Wilkinson entworfen und im Oktober 1853 eröffnet wurde. Die Schwestern der Barmherzigkeit leiteten ab 1883 die klinischen Abläufe der Infirmary. Die Infirmary entwickelte sich zu St. Joseph's Hospital, Clonmel, und nach einer großen Erweiterung wurde es 1950 als Clonmel County Medical and Maternity Hospital wiedereröffnet.
