Tipperary University Hospital is een openbaar ziekenhuis gelegen in Clonmel, County Tipperary, Ierland. Het wordt beheerd door de South/Southwest Hospital Group.
Het ziekenhuis heeft zijn oorsprong in het Clonmel Union Workhouse en Infirmary, dat werd ontworpen door George Wilkinson en in oktober 1853 werd geopend. De Zusters van Barmhartigheid beheerden de klinische operaties van de infirmary vanaf 1883. De infirmary evolueerde naar St. Joseph's Hospital, Clonmel en, na een grote uitbreiding, heropende het als het Clonmel County Medical and Maternity Hospital in 1950.
