L'Hôpital Universitaire de Tipperary est un hôpital public situé à Clonmel, dans le comté de Tipperary, en Irlande. Il est géré par le Groupe Hospitalier Sud/Sud-Ouest.
L'hôpital trouve ses origines dans le Workhouse et l'Hôpital de Clonmel, qui a été conçu par George Wilkinson et ouvert en octobre 1853. Les Sœurs de la Miséricorde ont géré les opérations cliniques de l'infirmerie à partir de 1883. L'infirmerie a évolué pour devenir l'Hôpital Saint-Joseph de Clonmel et, après une importante expansion, elle a rouvert en tant que Clonmel County Medical and Maternity Hospital en 1950.
