L'ospedale universitario di Tipperary è un ospedale pubblico situato a Clonmel, nella contea di Tipperary, Irlanda. È gestito dal gruppo ospedaliero Sud/Sud-Ovest.
L'ospedale ha le sue origini nell'ospizio e infirmieria della Clonmel Union, progettata da George Wilkinson e aperta nell'ottobre del 1853. Le Suore della Misericordia gestirono le operazioni cliniche dell'infermeria dal 1883. L'infermeria si è evoluta per diventare l'ospedale di San Giuseppe di Clonmel e, dopo una grande espansione, ha riaperto come Ospedale Medico e di Maternità della Contea di Clonmel nel 1950.
