El Castillo de Shrule es una torre en ruinas cerca de Shrule en el condado de Mayo, Irlanda. El castillo fue construido alrededor de 1238, cerca del río Black en la frontera entre el condado de Mayo y el condado de Galway por la familia de Burgh. Fue entregado a John de Burgh en 1308 por su padre Richard Óg de Burgh, segundo conde de Ulster.
El castillo fue capturado en 1570 por una fuerte fuerza liderada por Sir Edward Fitton, Presidente de Connaught y Vice Tesorero de Irlanda; la fuerza consistía principalmente en los guerreros gallowglass de los McDonnell de Knocknacloy.
