Santa María Asunta en Fornovo es una iglesia parroquial o pieve de estilo románico, católica romana, ubicada en Fornovo di Taro en la región de Emilia Romagna, Italia.
Una iglesia en el sitio está documentada desde 854 y fue reconstruida inicialmente en el siglo XI. El campanario se agregó en 1302. Las dos primeras capillas se añadieron a la iglesia solo en los siglos XIV y XVI. Otras se añadieron durante las reconstrucciones de 1712 a 1745. Una reconstrucción de 1927 a 1945 volvió la iglesia y la fachada a sus elementos románicos.
