Nieuwveen es un pueblo en el municipio de Nieuwkoop, en la provincia holandesa de Holanda Meridional. El pueblo tiene 3970 habitantes. Hasta 1991, Nieuwveen fue un municipio independiente y hasta el 1 de enero de 2007 formó parte del municipio de Liemeer. En Nieuwveen se encuentra el ayuntamiento del municipio de Nieuwkoop.
Desde el 1 de agosto de 1915 hasta el 1 de enero de 1936, Nieuwveen estuvo en la línea de ferrocarril Uithoorn - Alphen aan den Rijn. En la traza de la línea de ferrocarril se construyó más tarde la carretera provincial. El edificio de la estación de 1915 aún está presente.
