Nieuwveen è un villaggio nel comune di Nieuwkoop, nella provincia olandese dell'Olanda Meridionale. Il villaggio ha 3970 abitanti. Fino al 1991 Nieuwveen era un comune autonomo e fino al 1 gennaio 2007 faceva parte del comune di Liemeer. A Nieuwveen si trova il municipio del comune di Nieuwkoop.
Dal 1 agosto 1915 al 1 gennaio 1936 Nieuwveen era sulla linea ferroviaria Uithoorn - Alphen aan den Rijn. Sulla traccia della ferrovia è stata successivamente costruita la strada provinciale. L'edificio della stazione del 1915 è ancora presente.
