Nieuwveen er en landsby i kommunen Nieuwkoop i den hollandske provins Zuid-Holland. Landsbyen har 3970 indbyggere. Indtil 1991 var Nieuwveen en selvstændig kommune, og indtil 1. januar 2007 var det en del af kommunen Liemeer. I Nieuwveen ligger kommunens hus for kommunen Nieuwkoop.
Fra 1. august 1915 til 1. januar 1936 lå Nieuwveen ved jernbanelinjen Uithoorn - Alphen aan den Rijn. På sporlinjens tracé blev den senere anlagt som provincial vej. Stationbygningen fra 1915 er stadig til stede.
