Nieuwveen ist ein Dorf in der Gemeinde Nieuwkoop, in der niederländischen Provinz Südholland. Das Dorf hat 3970 Einwohner. Bis 1991 war Nieuwveen eine selbständige Gemeinde und bis zum 1. Januar 2007 gehörte es zur Gemeinde Liemeer. In Nieuwveen befindet sich das Rathaus der Gemeinde Nieuwkoop.
Vom 1. August 1915 bis zum 1. Januar 1936 lag Nieuwveen an der Bahnstrecke Uithoorn - Alphen aan den Rijn. Auf dem Verlauf der Bahnstrecke wurde später die Landesstraße angelegt. Das Bahnhofsgebäude aus dem Jahr 1915 ist noch vorhanden.
