Leenhof es un barrio de Schaesberg en el oeste del municipio neerlandés de Landgraaf en la provincia de Limburgo. Leenhof limita allí con el municipio de Heerlen.
El barrio lleva el nombre de la "Hoeve in het Leen" de la cual finalmente se deriva el nombre Leenhof. Esta granja todavía existe y se encuentra entre el antiguo castillo de Schaesberg y la iglesia. El Leenhof fue un feudo entre el siglo XIV y el siglo XVIII.
