El paisaje alrededor de Sint Kruis [Sinte Kruus] es uno de los más auténticos de West-Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. Especialmente al comienzo del verano, cuando el trigo y el lino comienzan a madurar, es precioso. Se puede montar en bicicleta tranquilamente entre los campos que están cruzados por rústicos canales. La Peperbusse
La iglesia y el torre datan del siglo XIV. La torre románica alguna vez sirvió como faro para la navegación en el Zwin hacia y desde Sluis, cuando el agua aún era navegable. La torre también es conocida popularmente como ‘La Peperbusse’.
