Le paysage autour de Sint Kruis [Sinte Kruus] est l'un des plus authentiques de la West-Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. En particulier au début de l'été, lorsque le blé et le lin commencent à mûrir, c'est magnifique. Vous pédalez tranquillement entre les champs traversés par des créeks rustiques. Le monde habité semble loin d'ici. Dans le café du village, vous pouvez vous rafraîchir. Autrefois, des chevaux étaient ferrés ici, aujourd'hui vous allez boire une bière chez Greetje.
La Peperbusse
L'église et le clocher datent du XIVe siècle. Le clocher émoussé servait autrefois de repère pour la navigation dans le Zwin vers et depuis Sluis, lorsque cette eau était encore navigable. Le clocher est aussi communément appelé ‘La Peperbusse’.
