La Withuishof es una casa de campo neoclásica situada en las afueras de Scharn, en la parte oriental del municipio de Maastricht. Desde 1967, la casa es un monumento nacional y se considera parte del Buitengoed Geul & Maas.
El origen de la casa Withuishof no es conocido, pero en cualquier caso se remonta al siglo XVII. En el siglo XVIII, era una mansión de nobles en posesión de Mathias Sleypen, comerciante de vino en Maastricht y desde 1773 propietario del Sibberhuuske. Este lo vendió en 1792 a Jean Schoenmaeckers, agrimensor, alguacil, secretario del libre feudo imperial de Berg y Terblijt, y secretario del feudo de Strucht y administrador del monasterio de Sint-Gerlach. En 1792 y 1795, dos hijas de Sleypen, Maria Anna Sibylle y Anna Philippina, se casaron con dos hijos de Jean Schoenmaeckers, Martin Jacob y Johan Balthasar, lo que provocó la fusión de dinero y bienes en una sola familia. Las familias Sleypen y Schoenmaeckers fundarían, durante y después de la época francesa, un 'imperio inmobiliario' al comprar estratégicamente bienes eclesiásticos y nobiliarios que no tenía parangón en el sur de Limburgo.
