La Withuishof è una villa neoclassica situata ai margini di Scharn, nella parte orientale del comune di Maastricht. La casa è stata dichiarata monumento nazionale nel 1967 e viene considerata parte del Buitengoed Geul & Maas.
L'origine della casa Withuishof non è nota, ma risale comunque al XVII secolo. Nel XVIII secolo era una fattoria signorile di proprietà di Mathias Sleypen, commerciante di vino a Maastricht e dal 1773 proprietario del Sibberhuuske. Questi la vendette nel 1792 a Jean Schoenmaeckers, agrimensore, scoltetto, segretario del libero feudo imperiale di Berg e Terblijt e segretario del feudo di Strucht e amministratore del monastero di Sint-Gerlach. Nel 1792 e nel 1795 due figlie di Sleypen, Maria Anna Sibylle e Anna Philippina, sposarono due figli di Jean Schoenmaeckers, Martin Jacob e Johan Balthasar, facendo confluire denaro e beni in un'unica famiglia. Le famiglie Sleypen e Schoenmaeckers avrebbero fondato, durante e dopo il periodo francese, un 'imperoo immobiliare' acquistando strategicamente beni ecclesiastici e nobiliari che non avevano pari nel Sud Limburg.
