Para el siguiente lugar, dé la vuelta y gire a la derecha hacia la Brink. En la acera de enfrente del paso de cebra (en verano, frente al puesto de poffertjes) hay una piedra plana con un texto de Gerrit Achterberg. Esta frase del Kermesse d'été fue escrita por Achterberg como recuerdo de su visita a la feria de Laren, que anteriormente se celebraba en la Brink. Nikki van Es aportó la idea, Karin Wielenga hizo el diseño y Sacha de Leeuw esculpió las letras. La piedra es un regalo de Chris de Haan al despedirse como operador del puesto de poffertjes el 22 de mayo de 1991.
