El centro se completó en 1993 y tiene una estructura de cúpula, lo que permite que tanto el deporte como los espectadores no se vean obstaculizados por columnas. La construcción tiene un vano libre de 79 por 119 metros, lo que la convierte en la mayor construcción de Europa. El techo tiene 22 metros de altura. La capacidad total del centro es de 7,500 espectadores, de los cuales 4,000 son asientos en gradas. El piso tiene unas dimensiones máximas de 50x80 metros. Además de para el tenis recreativo y el fútbol sala, el centro ha sido organizador en varias ocasiones de partidos de la Copa Davis e incluso de los conciertos de K3. El centro se encuentra en Genneper Parken, donde también se encuentran el Centro Nacional de Natación de Tongelreep y el Centro de Deportes de Hielo de Eindhoven. En 1999 se celebraron allí los Brandstaff Masters.
