Por el momento, la plantación es una parte de la granja. Además de los espárragos y fresas, ya hay varios miles de plantas de té en la tierra. Estas están distribuidas en tres jardines de té. Estas son las plantas de las que también se cosecha. De las hojas cosechadas, luego hacemos el té bajo nuestra propia gestión.
En los invernaderos tenemos un auténtico 'vivero' donde se cultivan jóvenes plantas de diferentes variedades. El jardín de prueba, por decirlo de alguna manera: ahí observamos cuáles variedades prosperan y crecen mejor en el clima holandés.
