La Capilla de Nuestra Señora de Guia es una pequeña capilla en el centro de Guimarães, junto a la muralla de la ciudad y cerca del Museo Alberto Sampaio.
Fue construida por la Hermandad de Nuestra Señora de la Consolación y Escalera Santa en 1727 como advocación a la Pasión de Cristo.
Junto a la capilla se construyeron también las Siete Escaleras de la Pasión de Cristo , de las que hoy sólo se conserva una en su lugar original , junto a la capilla, a la izquierda de la entrada.
La capilla suele estar abierta, pero está protegida por una pequeña puerta que impide el acceso al interior.
